She belonged to Japanese colonial period Taiwan Governor Office and named “Hualien Port Hospital” which was in charge of the public diseases, medical staff training, medical research and public health. In 1941, founded “Hualien Port Hospital Yu-Li Branch”. 　 On November 21, 1945, this hospital renamed “Taiwan Provincial Hualien Port Hospital” and total employees were 58 persons. 　 On January 1, 1949, this hospital renamed “Taiwan provincial Hualien Hospital” which b花蓮縣花蓮市中正路600號
